Refund policy

 Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

 Refunds or replacements are available only if the issue is caused by us or our shipping partners, including: Items damaged during shipping Incorrect items received Missing items Orders that fail to arrive within the expected delivery timeframe. 

Delivered Orders

If tracking confirms delivery, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

If you did not receive the package, you must provide a non-delivery confirmation from the carrier or local postal service.

 Damaged Items

A full refund or replacement will be issued if your item arrives damaged or broken. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Clear photo or video evidence is required showing the damage and how it affects the product’s function.

⚠️ Please note: Damage to packaging alone does not qualify for a refund.

The product itself must be damaged or unusable.

Incorrect or Missing Items 

 If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing: Contact us within the applicable timeframe Provide photos or videos of : The received item Original packaging Shipping label Clearly explain the issue (wrong size, color, or product) A replacement or refund will be issued once verified.

 Order Cancellation

  •  Orders can be canceled only before processing or shipping for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Certain items (such as print-on-demand or preorder products) are non-cancelable once payment is made.
  • Refund Request Timeframe Refunds or replacements must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible, regardless of the reason. Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
