Shipping Policies

  1. Delivery Times:

    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  After processing, allow another 3-22 business days for your order to ship.
    • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any external factors such as holidays or weather conditions.
  2. Shipping:

    • We only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
  3. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
  4. Order Issues & Lost Packages

    • If you experience any issues with your order, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our support team at arlazztupkitchen@arlazztupkitchen.com.
    • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before reaching out to us.
  5. Undeliverable Packages:

    Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.
